What is the minimum order?
Start with 25 pieces per fabric. Add more in steps of five. You can mix fabrics in one order.
Can you print my logo or design?
Yes. Use your logo, team colors, or full-color design. Download the correct fabric template before you prepare artwork.
Which fabric should I choose?
RPET and Coolmax are light 140 gsm fabrics. Premium Stretch is a thicker 350 gsm fabric with 5% spandex. The fabric pages show the composition, weight, and edge options.
How do I send artwork?
Upload one PDF per fabric at checkout. Each PDF can be up to 40 MB. You can also choose to send artwork later through your private order page.
Can I use an Illustrator file?
Use the Illustrator template to prepare your design, then export a PDF for checkout. The checkout upload accepts PDF files.
How long does production take?
Standard production takes 10 working days. Express takes 5 working days and adds 50%. Priority takes 2 working days and adds 100%. These charges apply to the gaiter price. Packaging and sewn edges can extend the schedule.
Does production time include delivery?
No. Production and transit are separate. Production starts after payment and artwork are ready. Choose your state and shipping method in the builder to see transit estimates.
Which fabrics can have sewn edges?
RPET and Coolmax can have sewn edges. This option requires standard production and adds 5 working days. Premium Stretch has raw cut edges.
Which packaging can show my design?
Printed sleeves, hanger cards, hanger sleeves, and gift boxes can use your artwork. The zip lock bag uses Gaiter branding. Check the minimum quantity for each option in the builder.
What does the unit price include?
The neck gaiter and printing. Packaging, sewn edges, rush production, shipping, and sales tax can add to the total. Review the full order before you pay.
Can I order more than 1,000 pieces?
Yes, contact us to discuss a larger order. The online limit is 1,000 pieces per fabric. Tell us your quantity, fabric, delivery ZIP code, and required date.
Where do you deliver?
Gaiter.com accepts U.S. delivery addresses and shows prices in USD. Select your state in the builder to see shipping options.
